We want to take the time to address the growing concerns about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and ensure our guests that we are taking extra precautions and staying informed on this rapidly evolving situation. It is our mission and ongoing commitment to provide our guests with the highest level of quality food and service in a clean, safe and welcoming environment. We have extensive cleanliness policies and procedures in place to help protect against the spread of bacteria and germs.
What we do:
- We also pride ourselves in having a Food and Safety director who is committed to ensuring our 16 restaurant locations and catering department is operating under the strict guidelines set forth by the health department 100% of the time. In addition, the stores conduct daily inspections and have a high number of employees and required management who are ServSafe certified in proper food safety handling.
- We follow the CDC’S guidance and encourage everyone to take preventative actions such as:
- Washing their hands regularly with soap and water for at least 30 seconds or using an alcohol-based sanitizer when handwashing is unavailable
- Cleaning and sanitizing especially areas of high usage such as door handles, faucets, menus, POS systems, etc.
- Our team members complete regular overnight deep cleaning of the entire restaurant
- Keep our team members up to date on all
What you can do:

- Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth
- Cough or sneeze into a tissue or the crease of your arm- not into your hands
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick, coughing or sneezing
- For your well-being and the well-being of others, if you’re sick please stay home and take care of yourself!
