Chili Cornbread Skillet: A Cozy Classic

1 (7.5 oz.) can National Coney Island Chili

1 box (8.5 oz.) cornbread mix (Jiffy or similar)

⅓ cup milk

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup diced jalapeños (optional)
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Prepare cornbread batter by mixing cornbread mix, egg, and milk in a bowl.

Grease a cast iron skillet or oven-safe pan and pour in the cornbread batter.
