Sheet Pan Chili Quesadillas: Crispy, Cheesy, & Effortless

All the flavors of a loaded quesadilla—without the hassle of flipping! These baked quesadillas come out crispy, cheesy, and packed with chili goodness.

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 flour tortillas

  • 1 (15 oz.) can National Coney Island Chili

  • 4 slices Muenster cheese

  • 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Lay tortillas flat on a sheet pan. No mess, no flipping!

  3. Place one slice of Muenster cheese on each tortilla.

  4. Evenly distribute National Coney Island Chili over each tortilla.

  5. Sprinkle 1 oz. of shredded cheddar cheese on top.

  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden, melty, and crispy!

  7. Fold tortillas in half, slice into thirds, and serve.

  8. Optional: Dip into salsa, sour cream, or guacamole!
